Norfolk Cleans was founded by Sonia in 2023 after she recognized a significant gap in the cleaning market. Her partner, who managed Airbnb properties shared the challenges of finding reliable cleaners for quick turnarounds. Inspired by this, Sonia launched Cleans, and since then, she has grown her team to 10 dedicated staff members, managing over 50 properties.
